RETURN POLICY

 

We do not offer refunds at this time. All sales on shoes are final, however items may be exchanged for the next size up or down depending on availability. 

(PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION CAREFULLY)

Items for exchange must fall within the following parameters:

  • All exchanges must happen within 14 calendar days of your purchase. After 14 days, we can not offer you an exchange.
  • Items must be unworn and in good condition with no tears, stains or damages.
  • The items must be returned in their original packaging with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Mailing Instructions:

  • Package and seal the item securely in its original packaging.
  • Properly mark your package slip with the item(s) being returned including reason why. 
  • If you do not have you packaging slip, insert a copy of your order confirmation email and the following information: 1. Name 2. Address 3. Order number (if available) 4. Item(s) being returned and the reason why. 

Return Shipping 

Ship the package to the address using your preferred method. We suggest puchasing delivery confirmation to help resolve any issues of delayed returns or lost packages. Please retain your return tracking number.
